Website policy

Website Terms

Last updated 1 August 2026.

Website information

Content is general commercial information and may be changed. It does not constitute a binding quotation, product guarantee, medical advice, laundry instruction or certification.

Quotations and orders

A transaction exists only under an accepted written quotation, invoice, purchase order or contract. Product, quantity, price, tax, payment, sample, tolerance, lead time, delivery, inspection and exclusions should be recorded there.

Samples and variation

Textiles can have production tolerances and can change through washing or use. A sample is meaningful when the specification, test method and accepted variation are documented.

Intellectual property

Website text, design and original materials may not be copied for commercial use without permission, except where law allows. Client artwork remains subject to the rights and approvals of its owner.

External links

External services and websites operate under their own terms. A link does not guarantee availability, accuracy or endorsement.

Liability and governing terms

To the extent permitted by applicable law, use of the website is at the visitor's risk. Transaction-specific liability and governing terms should be stated in the accepted commercial documents.

UAE commercial buying guide

How to specify Website Terms for a business order

Buyers searching for Website Terms should compare a defined specification rather than rely only on product photographs. State the intended use, dimensions, textile construction or weight, colour and quantity. For items washed repeatedly, also explain the laundry method and expected rotation so a suitable option can be discussed.

This legal page is focused on commercial website terms, bulk supply UAE and project quotations. Exact fibre composition, GSM or fabric weight, tolerances, stock, MOQ, price and lead time are confirmed in a written quotation. Where a project depends on colour, fit, hand-feel or wash performance, request and approve a representative sample before bulk production.

Commercial orders can be coordinated for Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain and Al Ain. Delivery is quoted against the real receiving point, access instructions and required date; a service-area reference does not imply a branch in every city.
